| Weekends, Holidays,
and Emergencies: Patients can receive emergency care at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital Emergency Room. The physicians at the Clover Fork Clinic and the Daniel Boone Clinic in Harlan share night, weekend, and holiday schedules, taking turns being "on call". The doctor on call acts as a back-up for the Emergency Room doctors at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. |

Appointments We encourage our patients to see us by appointment whenever possible. Patients with appointments are given priority over call-in and walk-in patients, except in the case of an emergency. If you are unable to keep and appointment, please call the receptionist or leave a message on the voice-mail system. |

Call-Ins If you get sick and need to come to the Clinic but don't have an appointment, please call the Clinic before coming in. Patients who call in are given priority over walk-in patients except in the case of an emergency. |
|
Walk-Ins Walk-ins are served on a first-come, first-served basis, after people with appointments and people who have called in are seen, except in the case of an emergency. |
